Welcome to http://www.smcboston.org/ (the “Site”). This site is managed by St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Church (“SMCB”) and has been created to provide information about our church products and services. The SMCB policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. SMCB collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information, whether provided through the website, or acquired directly by any other means, and will be dealt with in accordance with the Law.

Church Directory: SMCB, publishes your Personal Data to the online church directory and the mobile app.

SMCB does collect Personal Data such as Name, Date of Birth, and Sacrament Dates for children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data but inform your parents. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s information and instruct their children never to provide Personal Data without their permission.

SMCB takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
